Approach

Lasting relations

In a personal meeting we will discuss the current situation and developments within your organization in depth as well as the desired candidate profile. Our expertise enables us to offer advice regarding the position, the type of candidate and the appropriate package; in addition we will advise the most appropriate recruitment strategy.

We will then approach, enthuse and interview potential candidates, introducing suitable candidates via a profile summary and curriculum vitae. Upon request we will arrange a personal meeting between the candidate and yourselves. And of course we will support you during the entire process; from interviews to reference and assessment checks.

We will keep you continuously, informed of the progress of the procedure until the candidate joins your company. After three months an evaluation will take place.
