Privacy statement.

An important part of our quality is protecting the privacy of (prospective) clients and candidates, and handling (personal) data with care. Blooming Hill respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially and carefully.

Use of personal data

A visitor who is interested in Blooming Hill's services and wishes to register as a candidate can do so by sending an email or through personal contact. In doing so, you provide us with personal information. Blooming Hill uses this personal information for a number of purposes:

• Registration in the candidate system
• Putting you in touch with clients for whom Blooming Hill is filling open positions
• Retaining your details in the candidate system for matching with future roles
• Sending other information that may be of interest to you, such as upcoming events or newsletters

Blooming Hill retains personal information for the purposes set out above for a period of 5 years.

Personal information of candidates that Blooming Hill shares with clients is also retained for a period of no more than 5 years.

After this period, the personal information is deleted or anonymised, unless the candidate indicates that Blooming Hill may continue to use the personal information for a further equivalent period to match with future roles.

Access, correction and deletion

A candidate is always entitled to know what personal information is held. You can ask Blooming Hill for access and point out any inaccuracies, propose changes or request the deletion of data. Such a request can be submitted via info@bloominghill.nl.

General / website

Blooming Hill likes to keep track of the number of visitors to its website. The identity of visitors is not relevant in this respect. No specific, personally identifiable information is therefore stored or retained. The following is recorded and stored on an anonymised basis: the number of visitors, which part of the site is visited most, the time of visits, the country from which the site is visited, and general information about the software the visitor uses.

For this, Blooming Hill's site uses only one cookie, namely Google Analytics. Google Analytics is an analytical cookie for which you do not need to give separate prior consent. This information helps Blooming Hill to keep optimising the website.

This privacy statement may be amended periodically by Blooming Hill. Candidates whose personal information is held by Blooming Hill will be informed of this personally.
